HPS 2016 health and wellbeing rubric backgrounder
The backgrounder below outlines what HPS provides, the role of the facilitator, and descriptions of how the rubric aligns with ERO's indicators and how change is measured. It also provides a series of questions for facilitators and schools to assess whether they are on track, and how to plan next steps with their school communities.
The HPS health and wellbeing school self-review rubric explicitly aligns with ERO's recommended internal evaluation process. It is based on ERO’s six domains of practice, and outlines the progression over time of practice under each domain. The school community health and wellbeing rubric ratings can be gathered by HPS providers or entered by schools themselves, using the HPS health and wellbeing online rubric tool.
