Central HPS Interagency Meeting 2

This meeting is open to managers and workforce of health, education and social services working in school communities in the central region. The aim of this meeting is to strengthen inter-agency partnerships in order to maximise health and education outcomes for students and their families.

- Re-cap meeting 1
- Setting up, establishing and maintaining and interagency partnership (terms of reference, purpose, process and outcomes)
- Gathering, measuring and sharing results of partnerships, induction/orientation tools, HPS process and outcomes indicators
- Sharing best practice case studies and evidence
This is the second of two meetings in the central region, with the first meeting for the central region being on February 15th.
