Northern HPS Interagency Meeting 2 - Managers Session

This meeting is open to managers of health, education and social services working in school communities in the Northland and Auckland regions. The aim of this meeting is to strengthen inter-agency partnerships in order to maximise health and education outcomes for students and their families.

- Setting up, establishing and maintaining and interagency partnership (terms of reference, purpose, process and outcomes)
- Gathering, measuring and sharing results of partnerships, induction/orientation tools, HPS process and outcomes indicators
- Sharing best practice case studies and evidence
